In the Inishowen Peninsula in County Donegal, as you drive from Carndonagh to Buncrana, over the mountain road you will see Lough Namin on your left hand side. The lake has two islands, one of which is accessible by a causeway. A lonely spot with breathtaking beauty. If you get a chance to take a walk around it, each step will open a different view. It is definitely worth a stop to explore.
I took this picture one morning, with the frost still on the grass. As the clouds rolled by, different parts of the lake were highlighted as though nature was pointing the way and showing me where to look.
